It’s the Monday after Thanksgiving and I’m about 10 lbs heavier and it’s a rainy, dreary day! I was going to try and paint today, but it’s too dark a day. I may just read and watch TV. I’ll be back to work soon enough and then won’t have any time for anything. Here’s a watercolor I did in class. The teacher helped A LOT. I feel like her today. Like I should just sit in a corner and sulk. Or maybe I’ll just go back to bed and read. It’s one of those days!

I saw that kid yesterday at the parade in andover, massachusetts! She wasn’t that “blah” then chomping down on her cotton candy! Nice capture.

What a nice painting.
You might consider working on the hands a bit more. They could be warmer and at least slightly more defined.
Still this piece has a great feel to it.
I also sometimes skip painting when the sky is too dark.

Love your work. Next time you come and visit us in the country well make sure you’ll stay in the Presidential Suite. Someone as talented as you deserves the very best.
